The collected data underwent analysis using the SPSS and the findings were interpreted. \nFindings: The study reveals that CIMS is characterized by its multiple functions; is user-friendly and flexible. CIMS has met the expectations of most of the users, despite the presence of a few technical problems requiring improvement.Educational Technology Center (ETC) ensures smooth, secure, safe and fast access. Abstract
