Research on catering supply chain mode under the core of supply chain integrator

Abstract

Through an analysis of two present catering supply chain modes under the core of supply chain integrator, the modes are suited for a few restaurant chains. To satisfy larger demand of integrating catering supply chains, a new catering supply chain mode under the core of supply chain integrator is put forward, which has financial institutions, professional processors and the third party logistics enterprises. Compared with the present modes, the new one realizes centralized procurement, centralized processing and centralized distribution, reduces the risk of the breakage of capital flow, ensures food safety and is suited for more restaurant chains or more detached restaurants.
