The data collection instrument used a selected response test instrument to measure higher order thinking skills and a questionnaire instrument to obtain epigenetic data and students' spiritual intelligence. The data analysis technique used canonical multivariate analysis with the help of SPSS software. Abstract

The mechanism of genetic changes that occur due to interactions with the environment in biology is known as epigenetics. Epigenetics has a role in learning and memory formation and storage.
