Abstract

In this paper, CAN Bus, which works in good real-time and high reliability, was designed and programmed based on 32-bit CPU-MPC5xx with high performance for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). HEV controller based on MPC5xx was developed which can transfer data by CAN Bus with other ECUs of drivetrain assemblies such as engine, motor and battery according to the HEV control algorithm and requirements.
