The system could output the maximum electric power when the wind speed changed continuously, and it applied a low-pass filter behind the inverter to filter the harmonic generated when tracking the maximum wind power. Abstract

This paper designed a small set of wind turbine system mainly using in the Chinese villages to solve the questions of lack of electric power or voltage instability, and so on. 农村小型三相风力发电系统的研究与建模
