Distinctive procedures of Fuzzy are used to upgrade the adaptability of locally situated security in light of Fuzzy based logic system and Fuzzy based Free Space Optics systems. Abstract

With respect to the complexity of natural disasters in urban areas and the earnest need to utilize strategies so as to decrease the hazard in local locations, the hazard administration as another and effective strategy in preventing and arrangement for basic circumstances has been utilized in various routes all through the world.
