The Partial Least Squares approach is an analysis technique (PLS), Research results prove that (1) motivation influences compensation positively and significantly, (2) Compensation is positively impacted by organizational culture.(3) motivation influences performance positive and significant. (4) Organizational culture has a positively and significantly influence on performance. (5) Employee performance is positively and significantly affected by compensation. (6) Employee performance is significantly impacted and improved by motivation through compensation. (7) Organizational culture has a favorable and considerable impact on employee performance through compensation as an intervening factor. Motivation and organizational culture must be improved in order to improve the performance of employees of PT. 摘要本研究以薪酬为中介变量,探讨Inti Prima Rasa公司的组织文化、动机与员工绩效之间的关系。作者采用定量描述性研究设计,对200名参与者组成的133名受访者样本进行调查。偏最小二乘法是一种分析方法(PLS),研究结果证明:(1)动机对薪酬有正向显著影响,(2)薪酬受到组织文化的正向影响,(3)动机对绩效有正向显著影响。(4)组织文化对绩效有显著的正向影响。(5)薪酬对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。(6)薪酬激励对员工绩效有显著的影响和提高。(7)组织文化通过薪酬作为中介因素对员工绩效产生有利且可观的影响。为了提高PT. Inti Prima Rasa员工的绩效,以正确履行其职责和义务,必须改善激励和组织文化。
