Interleave division multiple access (IDMA) is a very low code rate NOMA scheme which has been used as a new version of the third generation (3G) wideband CDMA system in recent years. Moreover, it can be a promised candidate for potential use in the fifth generation (5G) because it explores the possibility to share frequency, time resources and spreading codes. In this paper, we evaluate the effect of non-Gaussian noise to the IDMA system with multiple access channel.
