The evaluation index system is established from the four aspects of machines, materials, personnel, and methods that affect the LTE-R communication system, the least square method is used to determine the index weight, and the five-element connection number is used to establish the same, different and converse risk evaluation model of the communication system. According to the set-to-potential calculated by the model, the current indicator risk status and risk development trend of the communication system are judged, and corresponding protective measures are proposed. Abstract
