Abstract

Electronic beams find wide application as in special devices of the SHF and EHF ranges, and in the big spectrum research, technological and plants for processing surfaces, drawing of coverings, reception of new structures and materials. Practically all types of devices are based on use of property of beams - to be a source, to carry out carry or transformation of energy. In the given work the technique of creation of three-dimensional model of electron-optical system of any configuration, calculation of structure of an electrostatic field, and the further calculation of a configuration and a microstructure of an electronic beam is offered.
