Abstract

It has been reported, that EM lifetime of Ti/Al-Cu structure is shorter than that of Ti/TiN/Al-Cu structure. Our study shows that the lifetime of Ti/ALPS Al-Cu structure is better than Ti/TiN/ALPS Al-Cu.
