Abstract

This paper proposes a novel algorithm for tracking the maximum power point (MPPT) of a photovoltaic (PV) system. The algorithm is inspired by the popular game Ladder and Snake (LandS) with some modifications of the game's rules to adapt it to the MPPT problem.
