The placement of the 4G mobile phone was on the participants' left ear. Only seven healthy participants were participated, but measured twice on two days. A wearable lightweight electroencephalogram (EEG) was selected as it was a small mobile device used for short-term brain monitoring systems. However, the use of wireless wearable EEG systems was limited due to the risks posed by the wireless RF communication radiation in a short-term exposure to the human brain. During each assessment, EEG activity and radiofrequency radiation were also recorded. EEG power spectra including delta, theta, alpha, beta, and gamma activity were computed by offline analysis. Significant radiation effects were found for delta, theta, alpha and beta frequency bands with statistically significant.
