Abstract
The projects of patents transformation refers to the technological innovations into new products. Can this maximize patents into new products? This is an efficiency issue. In this paper, production function theory combined with translog stochastic frontier approach is applied to evaluate the projects efficiency of patents transformation about Chinese high-tech industries.
