METHODS OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE CONDITIONS OF CHANGE

Abstract

The goals and methods of managing the development of Russia's transport infrastructure in the conditions of change are considered. To support decision-making related to such development, it is proposed to use the Complex of Strategic Management Models for Large-Scale Transport Infrastructure, tested in the process of developing the transport infrastructure of Siberia, the Far East and the Russian Arctic.
