Abstract

Causal relationship, as the basic feature of the composition of material criminal offences, and one of the necessary prerequisites for criminal liability, has been researched by various scientists and highlighted in case law. The aim of the article is to focus on the importance of the doctrinal explanation of causal relationship in practice.
