Some suggestions regarding the issue of creating electronic copies of electronic documents, certified paper copies of electronic documents and digital copies of paper documents

Abstract

The article discusses the legislative and regulatory framework for creating electronic copies of electronic documents, certified paper copies of electronic documents and digital copies of paper documents in the activities of legal entities in Ukraine, which introduced records management, analyzed the feasibility of creating such documents, taking into account that modern records management remains hybrid, and identified further trends in records management in the near future.
