While the cultural acculturation that occurs in this tradition is the acculturation of Islamic culture with kejawen. This Nyadran tradition is carried out once a year in the second harvest period in June-July which coincides on Thursday legi and Friday pahing. On that day is believed to be the day of the death of Mbah Sahid as the chronicle of Sonoageng village.
