The sample of subjects consisted of 40 athletes aged 15-21, masters of sports and candidates for masters of sports in rhythmic gymnastics. It was revealed that in the course of the study, differences in the relationships between personal resources of athletes of different qualifications were revealed. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify the prerequisites for the motivation of achievement in rhythmic gymnastics.
