Performance-Linked Incentive Policy for Employees at a Government Organization in Jamaica

Abstract

Performance-linked incentives are often used to motivate employees in different organizations but the supporting policy for such incentives seem to be lacking at the government corporation. This paper argues that non-financial incentives should be given precedence over financial incentives to employees at the government organization in Jamaica.
