Competency aspects need to assess pedagogical competence, professional competency, personality competency, and social competency. This study's method uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method to support the analysis and design of decision support systems that aim to assess lecturers' performance according to specific criteria. This system maps the evaluation criteria of lecturer performance into a hierarchy, where each hierarchy will be a pairwise comparison between criteria so that a comparison of the relative importance between the criteria obtained. At Universitas Sangga Buana Bandung, an assessment of lecturer performance has carried out by distributing questionnaires to students at the end of each semester exam.
