Abstract

In order to reduce the cutting force and improve the surface quality in bone material removal surgery, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing the safety of the operation and beneficial to patients recovery, the vibration-assisted micromilling technology is proposed for the bone material removal process. The influence law of the cutting direction and vibration parameters on the cutting force in the process of vibrationassisted micro-milling of bone material is researched. The experimental results shows that choosing the appropriate machining parameters can reduce the cutting force in vibrationassisted micro-milling of bone materials, which provides guidance for the selection of machining parameters in milling of bone materials.
振动辅助骨材料微铣削切削力研究
