Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to verify and prove the research hypothesis. Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) Analyzing the pattern of leadership on job characteristics. 2) Analyzing the effect of organizational commitment on job characteristics. 3) Analyzing the influence of leadership patterns on work discipline. 4) Analyzing the effect of organizational commitment on work discipline. 5) Analyzing the effect of work discipline on job characteristics. 6) Analyzing the influence of leadership patterns indirectly on work discipline through job characteristics. 7) Analyzing the influence of organizational commitment indirectly on work discipline through job characteristics. 本研究的目的是:1)分析领导对工作特征的影响模式。2)分析组织承诺对工作特征的影响。3)分析领导模式对工作纪律的影响。4)分析组织承诺对工作纪律的影响。5)分析工作纪律对工作特征的影响。6)通过工作特征间接分析领导模式对工作纪律的影响。7)通过工作特征间接分析组织承诺对工作纪律的影响。本研究的人群均为东爪哇Mojokerto的Dapur M'riah传统餐厅的员工,共56人。抽样方法采用人口普查方法,数据分析采用SPSS 20版因子分析检验效度,Cronbach检验信度。经典假设检验和多元线性回归分析,对研究假设进行验证和证明。从研究结果可以得出以下结论:1)领导模式对工作特性没有影响2)组织承诺对工作特性有显著的影响(3)领导模式对工作纪律4)没有影响组织承诺有显著影响工作纪律5)工作特性有显著影响工作纪律6)领导模式对工作纪律通过间接影响特征7)组织承诺间接影响工作纪律通过工作特点
