Kelas ibu hamil resiko tinggi merupakan salah satu program untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan menurunkan kecemasan pada ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan kelas ibu hamil resiko tinggi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan kecemasan ibu dalam menghadapi persalinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis rancangan penelitian pre-eksperiment dengan one group pretest-posttest. Penelitian ini melibatkan 33 ibu hamil yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk pengetahuan dan kecemasan adalah uji Wilcoxon. Analisis univariat digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik dari masing–msing variabel sementara analisis bivariat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara dua variabel. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan sebelum penyuluhan dengan kategori kurang sebanyak 15 orang (45,5%) dan setelah penyuluhan dengan kategori baik sebanyak 18 orang (54,5%). Sedangkan tingkat kecemasan sebelum penyuluhan dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 18 orang (54,5%) dan setelah penyuluhan dengan kategori rendah sebanyak 22 orang (66,7%). Setelah dilakukan uji statistik menggunakan wilcoxon nilai signifikan p sebesar 0,000<0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh kelas ibu hamil resiko tinggi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan kecemasan ibu menghadapi persalinan.\nThe Effect of Class Implementation on Level of Knowledge and Anxiety of Pregnant Women Towards Labor in The Working Area of The Kuripan Health Center\nAbstract\nHigh-risk pregnant women can experience various problems that are influenced by various factors. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing classes for high-risk pregnant women on the level of knowledge and anxiety of mothers in facing childbirth. This study used a pre-experimental research design with one group pretest-posttest. This study involved 33 pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria. The statistical test used for knowledge and anxiety is the Wilcoxon test. Univariate analysis is used to describe the characteristics of each variable while bivariate analysis is used to identify the relationship between the two variables. Results: The results showed that the level of knowledge before counseling was in the less category as many as 15 people (45.5%) and after counseling with good categories as many as 18 people (54.5%). While the level of anxiety before counseling in the high category was 18 people (54.5%) and after counseling in the low category were 22 people (66.7%). After statistical tests were carried out using Wilcoxon, the significant value of p was 0.000 <0.05.
