Abstract

The Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI), under contract to the US Air Force 46th Test Group, Radar Target Scattering Division (RATSCAT), at Holloman AFB, NM, has designed and developed a fully polarimetric, bistatic coherent radar measurement system (BICOMS).
