Abstract

The simulation of flow and transfer of incompressible viscous fluid (final volume, free boundaries) onto substrate between of rotary cylinders using of two-dimensional grid for finite-difference methods with the equal step were carried out. The numeral solutions for ink splitting at the outlet of printing engagement zone taking into account deformation were obtained by calculation of boundary node moving in the nodal lines of the fixed grid.
黏性流体在圆柱表面与基板接合区出口处的分裂模拟
采用等步长二维网格有限差分法,对不可压缩粘性流体(终体积、自由边界)在旋转圆柱间的流动和传递进行了数值模拟。通过计算在固定网格节点线上移动的边界节点,得到了考虑变形的印刷接合区出口处油墨分裂的数值解。
