Abstract

A teacher is one of the determinants of the high and low quality of education, so every effort to improve the quality of education needs to pay great attention to improving teacher performance. Teachers are required to have a performance that can provide and realize the hopes and desires of all parties, especially the general public who have trusted the school and the teacher in fostering their students. To achieve a good quality education is strongly influenced by the performance of teachers in carrying out their duties, so that teacher performance becomes an essential demand for achieving educational success.
