Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Indomart Tataaran Patar Minahasa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Indomart Tataaran Patar Minahasa, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga secara bersama-samaterhadap keputusan pembelian. Sumbangan efektif variabel kualitas pelayanan sebesar 60,5% dan persepsi harga sebesar 60,3% terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan di Indomart Tataaran Patar Minahasa. \nKata kunci :Kualitas Pelayanan, Persepsi harga dan Keputusan pembelian \n \n \n \nABSTRACT \nThis study aims to determine: the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions for Indomart Tataaran Patar Minahasa customers, the effect of price perceptions on purchasing decisions for Indomart Tataaran Patar Minahasa customers, the effect of service quality, and price perceptions on purchasing decisions for Indomart Tataaran Patar Minahasa customers. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are consumers who have made purchases at Indomart Tataaran Patar Minahasa. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The results showed that: there was a positive and significant influence on service quality on purchasing decisions at Indomart Tataaran Patar Minahasa, there was a positive and significant influence on price perception on purchasing decisions, and there was a positive and significant influence on service quality and price perceptions together on purchasing decisions.
