Based on the existing mid- and long-term trading mechanism in Yunnan, this paper proposes a mid- and long-term electricity contract decomposition method that considers the cascade water quantity matching constraints. Abstract

Yunnan has established a variety of medium and long-term electricity trading mutual trading system, and the spot market construction has become the next development direction of Yunnan power market. In the initial stage of the construction of the spot market, how to realize the transition from electricity to power curve and realize the curve decomposition and dispatch execution of the power contract signed by the market participants is one of the key issues in the construction of Yunnan power market.
