Abstract

The university is a specialized center in education and human resource development, so it is necessary to create conditions for students to become regular learners, lifelong learners by developing their needs and motivations for learning and obtaining knowledge and skills for self-study. Developing awareness needs and forming self-study skills for students in universities is one of the most important conditions to contribute to building and deploying the "learning citizen" model. 全球化背景下高校学生在实施“学习型公民”模式过程中的意识培养需求
