放射性核素显像在骨肉瘤中的应用
目的探讨多中心骨肉瘤的诊断、检查及治疗效果。方法133例骨肉瘤患者共行174次99Tcm MDP全身显像和33次201Tl局部显像,观察骨肉瘤的显像特征和显像剂的摄取情况。结果108例单瘤性骨肉瘤病变部位99Tcm MDP显像呈高摄取特征,有部分区域有所减少33例骨肉瘤患者病变部位与对侧对应组织的半定量摄取比为5、40±3、42 (n=33)、201Tl成像:血流量明显增加,15 min时的摄取比为3º38±2º12,3 h时的摄取比为2º03±0º87 (n=33)。结论放射性核素显像可以揭示骨肉瘤的生物学行为,将在原发性骨肉瘤的基础研究和临床研究中发挥重要作用。关键词:骨肉瘤;放射性核素成像;MDP
