Abstract

The professional standards, worldwide and nationally, actively promote the role of social leader of teachers. The profile of the social leader of the contemporary teachers refers to the competencies generated by social intelligence that help teachers to have strong communication skills, to be stress resilient, to demonstrate productiveness, and to state positive self-esteem.
