Abstract

TraditionaLly, the website is represented on the 2D screen as well as the same planar concept are used in paragraph, images, and video. However, the designing results were in a lack of telepresence and interactivity. This study aims to integrate the original website design process and new-developed immersive virtual reality technology to provide an interactive 3D webpage. The background images are composed from the 360 panorama. By the way, the embed hyperlink, videos, and data preview or download are illustrated on the 3D scenes. All of the information can be obtained by the function embedded in interactive 3D virtual reality scenes. Good interactivity and presence are shown in the research result.
