TO ASSESS THE RELATIONSHIP OF POSTTEST KNOWLEDGE SCORE WITH SELECTED SOCIODEMOGRAPHIC VARIABLES AMONG NURSING STUDENTS IN SELECTED COLLEGES OF BANGALORE

Abstract

Existing information about Nomophobia suggests that it occurs more frequently in teenagers and young adults. Experts haven’t yet discovered a specific cause of Nomophobia. Rather, they believe several factors can contribute. Phobias don’t always develop in response to a negative experience, but this does sometimes happen. Research approach keeping in view the nature of problem and objectives of the study a quantitative evaluative research approach was found to be the most appropriate. The target population of my research study is nursing students in selected colleges of Bangalore. Sample consists of the subject of the population selected to participate in the research study. Non-probability samples were selected based on the judgments of research to achieve particular objective of the researcher at hand. In this study convenient sampling technique was used to select the samples. Present study found that there was significant association between the knowledge scores of nursing students of selected hospitals with selected demographic variables.
