Halyna Bilanych: touches to the portrait

Abstract

This year celebrates the anniversary of Halyna Petrovna Bilanych, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, who dedicated almost 20 years to the Uzhgorod College of Culture and Arts (since September 2019 - Uzhgorod Institute of Culture and Arts) and continues to give strength and experience to teaching and scientific work at the Department of Socio-Cultural Activities.
