Abstract

The tremendous growth of electric vehicles (EVs) brings challenges to the safe operation of distribution network. Aiming at the urban charging station (CS) with PV and storage, this paper proposes a charging scheduling strategy considering the information fusion of EVs, road network and CSs. Firstly, a charging scheduling framework is proposed, and the model of EVs-road network-CSs is established. Then, considering the convenience and economy of EV users, the improved fireworks algorithm (FWA) is introduced to solve the problem with the optimization objective of customer satisfaction and power purchase cost of CS. Finally, the example study is designed based on the road network and the information of CSs in Nanjing, and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified.
