الضغوط النفسیة وعلاقتها بالاحتراق النفسی لدى معلمی التعلیم الفنی

Abstract

یهدف البحث الحالی إلى الکشف عن مستویات الضغوط النفسیة والاحتراق النفسى لدى معلمى التعلیم الفنى والتعرف على العلاقة بینهما، وأثر کل من النوع (ذکور – أناث ) ونوع التعلیم ( تجارى  – صناعى – زراعى ) وقد اجرى البحث على عینة  قوامها (299) من معلمى ومعلمات التعلیم الفنی (تجارى – صناعى – زراعى ) من أصل مجتمع البحث بالمدارس الفنیة بمحافظة الشرقیة بإدارات غرب وشرق الزقازیق التعلیمیة تراوحت اعمارهم بین (29- 58) عاما بمتوسط قدره (45,79) وانحراف معیارى قدره (7,944)  وقامت الباحثة بتقسیم العینة من حیث النوع ( ذکور – اناث ) ومن حیث نوع التعلیم الفنى ( تجارى – صناعى – زراعى ) واستخدم المنهج الوصفى کما طبق على العینة مقیاس الضغوط النفسیة للمعلمین :ﺇﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﻓﻴﻤﻴﺎﻥFimian (١٩٨٦)، ﺘﺭﺠﻤﺔ ﻜل ﻤﻥ ﻁﻠﻌﺕ ﻤﻨﺼﻭﺭ، ﻓﻴﻭﻻ ﺍﻟﺒﺒﻼﻭﻱ (1989). ومقیاس الاحتراق النفسى  للمعلمین إعداد / عادل عبد الله (2015) واسفرت النتائج عما یلى  : 1- تعرض معلمی التعلیم الفنی (تجارى – صناعى – زراعى ) لمستوى مرتفع من الضغوط النفسیة ومستوى عالی من الاحتراق النفسی 2- کما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطیة موجبة بین درجات أفراد الدراسة على مقیاس الضغوط النفسیة ودرجاتهم على مقیاس الاحتراق النفسی، وهذا یشیر الى انه کلما زادت الضغوط النفسیة زاد الاحتراق النفسی، وکلما انخفضت الضغوط النفسیة انخفض الاحتراق النفسی، وهذه النتیجة تشیر إلى أن مصادر الضغوط النفسیة ومظاهر الضغوط النفسیة یصلح استخدامهما کمنبئات للاحتراق النفسی. 2-  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائیة بین معلمى التعلیم الفنی بأنواعه (صناعى – زراعى – تجارى) فى الضغوط النفسیة والاحتراق النفسى. 3- لا توجد فروق بین معلمى ومعلمات التعلیم الفنى فى الضغوط النفسیة والاحتراق النفسى. This paper aims to reveal the levels of psychological stress and psychological combustion among vocational education teachers and to identify the relationship between psychological stress and psychological combustion among teachers of vocational education and the impact of both male and female and the type of education (commercial - industrial - agricultural) (299) of the vocational education teachers (commercial - industrial - agricultural) of the research community in the vocational schools in Sharkia governorate in the West and East Zagazig educational departments ranged between (29 - 58) years with an average of (45.79) and a standard deviation of (7,944) and the researcher divided the sample in terms of type (Zko - females) and in terms of vocational education type (commercial - industrial - agricultural) and applied descriptive approach as applied to the sample psychological pressure for teachers scale preparation: Preparation Femian Fimian (1986), translating all of Talaat Mansour, Viola Beblawi (1989). And the scale of the psychological combustion of teachers prepared by Adel Abdullah (2015). The results resulted from the following: -          The teachers of vocational education (commercial - industrial - agricultural) to a high level of psychological stress and a high level of psychological combustion 2 - The results also showed a positive correlation between the grades of the members of the study on the scale of psychological pressure and degrees on the scale of psychological combustion, The higher the psychological pressure increased the psychological combustion, and the lower the psychological pressure decreased psychological combustion, and this result indicates that the sources of psychological stress and manifestations of psychological stress can be used as predictors of psychological combustion. -          There are differences of statistical significance between teachers of vocational education (industrial - agricultural - commercial) in psychological stress and psychological combustion. -          There are no differences between the teachers and teachers of vocational education in psychological stress and psychological combustion
