Thus, by educational institutions aim to educate the new generation of students by the application of guidance and psychological counseling services as responsible and mature individuals who support life in a democratic society. The objective of this study is therefore to measure and analyze the performances of guidance and psychological counseling service programs that train prospective counselors. Data Envelopment Analysis was used which is a performance analysis method based on multiple input and output. The performances of 34 different counseling programs were examined with three input variables (2009 OSYM entrance basic score, number of instructors and number of teaching staff other than the instructors) and two output variables (number of students who took 2013 KPSS educational sciences exam and the mean of educational sciences exam). The study results show that 6 counseling programs put forth the exact desired performance.
