Abstract

In the paper an application ofthe generalized rn-line spectroscopy to test of biological samples is presented. A generalized rn-line spectroscopy enables an evaluation ofthe parameters (the refractive index, n and the thickness, d) of sub-guiding films deposited on a planar waveguide.
