This article examines the relationship between the green strategy and its organizational resilience from theory and empirical research. This research shows that green strategy can improve the stability and flexibility of organization, the result of implementing a green strategy for the organization is to reduce stock volatility and promote financial performance growth, which is an important aspect of organizational resilience.
