The company has a clear link to the country with its economic, social and environmental laws, is located in a specific territory, in a specific locality and it employs specific workers who have their families with specific views, needs, desires. Abstract

The study investigates and substantiates the necessity to include the needs of stakeholders in the enterprise in the business-model canvas, which as a result will increase the effectiveness of the business-model. The object of the study is a set of theoretical and applied processes for developing a business-model of the enterprise.
