Compared to the traditional decoupling method of characteristic mode, we excite a pair of decoupling modes at each port simultaneously. An eight-element multi-input multi-output (MIMO) antenna composed of four two-port antenna pairs is simulated, fabricated, and measured. Abstract
In this paper, a wideband two-port antenna pair is designed for the fifth generation (5G) application.
