The results showed that the education and training applied by Mahawarman Student Regiment Battalion XI Indonesian University of Education today has been able to be transformed into a medium in developing the identity of the leadership of the younger generation by internalizing the values of Pancasila. Internalization of the values of Pancasila through Panca Dharma Satya and Widya Çastrena Dharma Siddha, which is the guidance of the Mahawarman Student Regiment Battalion XI Indonesian University of Education, has led to an increase in leadership character and identity. Abstract

This study aims to examine strategies developed by Mahawarman Student Regiment Battalion XI Indonesian University of Education in developing leadership identity. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection is carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies.
