Attention is paid to the implementation of the legislation on the development of public relations in the activities of the state archives of Ukraine. The main provisions of strategic planning in the archival sphere, developed by the State Archival Service of Ukraine and a group of state archival institutions, are considered; highlighted are the priority areas of development of the archival industry, including the establishment of mutual understanding with the public.Changes in communications management in the State Archival Service of Ukraine are revealed. The implementation of the policy of transparency and openness in the activity of the state archives of Ukraine is shown on concrete examples. Areas of cooperation with the public through information, consultation, dialogue, and partnership are characterized. The tools of communication of archives with civil society institutions and the public are defined. Abstract

The article analyzes the legalacts related to the formation and development of civil society institutions in Ukraine. Attention is paid to the implementation of the legislation on the development of public relations in the activities of the state archives of Ukraine. 乌克兰国家档案机构系统中的公共关系
