Abstract

The article characterizes the key competencies, qualities of a new person of a new era and ways to achieve this image. The risks of digital socialization are noted, and ways to overcome them in the educational process based on the moral principle of a person’s personality. The technosystem is an integral part of the ecosystem of the formation of a child’s personality, and digitalization is the system of work of an educational organization. At the present stage, personnel training is associated with the creation of technoparks of universal pedagogical competencies.
