Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the cognitive ability of a computer or machine to think and learn. It is imperative to evaluate the extent to which the Artificial Intelligence (AI) can integrate Emotional Intelligence (EI) which is being posited as a facilitator of enhancing millennial engagement. This study is undertaken with two objectives: 1) exploring the extent of use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in financial services and 2) examining AI‟s role in enhancing a student‟s experience in learning activities. The methodology of the study is mainly exploratory.
