Abstract
This paper analyzes the choose of whether invest new energy capacity or not in cement sales logistics companies based on the two-stage Hotelling duopoly game model. The result reveals the optimal investment strategy in different contexts and provides the decision-making standards of the new energy capacity. Endogenous and exogenous caused by the investment in new energy capacity are combined applied to the Hotelling model to study the new situation awaiting the cement sales logistics competition and to expand the scope of application of the traditional Hotelling model.
