Learner oriented instructional material design and evaluation

Abstract

As advanced technologies become available in education, it is challenging for educators to adapt and adopt these technologies to their teaching based on students' need and curricula. A research based instructional material design and evaluation course seemed to elicit students' interest in technology and enhance their skills in design and evaluation of Web page and multimedia projects.
