Abstract

The initial prerequisites for writing this article were the multiple tasks of forming an effective management system for the regional participants of the dual model in the context of new industrialization. The dual model is one of the most effective tools for reducing the “competence gap” caused by neo-industrial transformations. 新工业化背景下二元教育区域参与者管理体制的制度建模
