Abstract

This paper took carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) for example, to access to the damage size by ultrasonic C-scan detection method, and analyze the relationship between the impact energy and 4 kinds of damage parameters ,including the damage area ,the maximum damage diameter, the damage length and the damage width. The results show that: the impact damage state of the composites can be described by the damage area, and thus the damage resistance of the composite material systems can be characterized by the impact energy value near the “turning point” on the curve of impact energy- damage area.
低能量冲击碳纤维复合材料抗损伤性能试验研究
本文以碳纤维增强聚合物(CFRP)为例,采用超声c扫描检测方法获取损伤尺寸,分析了冲击能量与损伤面积、最大损伤直径、损伤长度和损伤宽度4种损伤参数之间的关系。结果表明:复合材料的冲击损伤状态可以用损伤面积来描述,因此复合材料体系的损伤抗力可以用冲击能-损伤面积曲线“拐点”附近的冲击能值来表征。
